Being the first post, I should tell you a little about myself. I am a pastry chef based in North Vancouver who moved here from Oakville Ontario many years ago. I have a background in multimedia arts and design, but walked away from the online world to pursue a life of sugary delights.
My focus is on sculpted cakes. I use whatever techniques, skills and tools I can to sculpt and model cakes into whatever my clients request. Every once in a while I get some really savvy projects to work on which is why I have started this blog. To share with you all the really cool cakes I feel so passionate about.
